LA is a city built on ambition, creativity, and performance. Many people here know how to make life look good: the career, the relationship, the social circle, the lifestyle. But what I hear, again and again, is that beneath all of it, there’s often a quiet ache: the emptiness that success doesn’t cure, the loneliness that lingers even in connection, the sense that something essential is missing.
Therapy is where we stop managing appearances and begin asking harder, more meaningful questions. Who am I outside of what I’ve achieved? Why do I keep repeating the same relational patterns? How do I feel whole when parts of me have long been hidden or silenced?
This work isn’t about quick fixes or learning how to “cope better.” It’s about going deeper , untangling the roots of old wounds, making space for emotions you’ve been taught to avoid, and exploring the bigger questions of meaning, identity, and authenticity.
We’ll look at how your family and past experiences shaped your present so you be free  from repeating it.
Instead of pushing down anger, grief or fear, we’ll explore them as vital signals, guiding you toward healing and authenticity.
Beyond symptom relief, we’ll create space for existential exploration  of meaning, identity, belonging, and what it means to live a life that feels true.
I’ll help you find ways to come back to calm and balance when stress, anxiety, or overwhelm take over.
We’ll explore how you show up in relationships and experiment with new, more fulfilling patterns in real time.
Together, we’ll uncover the parts of you that have been hidden behind achievement, busyness or masks.
